Cancel StudentVUE Subscription on iPhone & iPad

1. On your phone, open "Settings" and tap your Apple ID profile.
2. Click "Subscriptions" and select "StudentVUE".
3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm the cancellation.

Alternative method via AppStore:

1. Goto the Appstore » your Profile » Subscriptions.
2. select "StudentVUE" and click "Cancel Subscription".

Cancel StudentVUE Subscription on Android

1. Launch the PlayStore app and click the hamburger menu icon.
2. Select "Subscriptions" » tap "StudentVUE" » click "Cancel Subscription".
3. Your subscription to StudentVUE will now be canceled.

Cancel StudentVUE Subscription on PayPal

1. Sign in to your PayPal Account and click "Settings ".
2. Select "Payments" and click "Manage Automatic Payments".
3. Under Automatic Payments tab, click "StudentVUE" or "Edupoint Education Systems" » "Cancel".
4. You are now unsubscribed from StudentVUE

Cancel StudentVUE via Email

1. Open your email app
2. Provide all the relevant information regarding your account.
3. Provide a reason for the cancelation.
4. Send the email to edupoint.android@redacted... Login to see email.

Cancel Subscription Directly on StudentVUE's Website

1. Visit their website - http://edupoint.com and login to your account.
2. Goto your profile or account page and click "Billings" or "Subscriptions".
3. Click "Cancel" to remove your subscription.

The StudentVUE Mobile app uses the same user login as the web-based StudentVUE portal.   If you need help please contact your School District’s Administration office for access URL and StudentVUE login information. • Only school districts using the Synergy™ student information system version 6. 5 and higher can support the StudentVUE for the Android phone application. • The StudentVUE Mobile for the Android phones app uses same user login as the web-based StudentVUE portal.

3. NOTE: StudentVUE Mobile for the Android phones is a free application for students using the StudentVUE web portal.

4. The StudentVUE Mobile application helps students stay informed and connected by providing day-to-day insight into their own academic experience.

5. Students can view their classroom assignments and scores, attendance, transcripts, graduation status and more.

6. Please contact your School District’s Administration office to verify Synergy™ version and StudentVUE login information.
