Cancel Chai Subscription on iPhone & iPad

1. On your phone, open "Settings" and tap your Apple ID profile.
2. Click "Subscriptions" and select "Chai: Chat AI Platform".
3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm the cancellation.

Alternative method via AppStore:

1. Goto the Appstore » your Profile » Subscriptions.
2. select "Chai" and click "Cancel Subscription".

Cancel Chai Subscription on Android

1. Launch the PlayStore app and click the hamburger menu icon.
2. Select "Subscriptions" » tap "Chai: Chat AI Platform" » click "Cancel Subscription".
3. Your subscription to Chai will now be canceled.

Cancel Chai Subscription on PayPal

1. Sign in to your PayPal Account and click "Settings ".
2. Select "Payments" and click "Manage Automatic Payments".
3. Under Automatic Payments tab, click "Chai: Chat AI Platform" or "Nexus Chai" » "Cancel".

• Hi, I tried getting a free trail but money was taken out of my account. Once I realized that I canceled my subscription, I would really like to have my money back because I thought I could use the free trail without paying. I did free trial once but I thought I could again which is on my end. I really can’t afford to pay for it especially when I don’t want to subscribe
