1. Delete MyPark Account through Email

There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by MyPark:

  1. Under GDPR: EU/UK Residents have the right to ask (via email), an organization that holds data about them to delete it. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. Organizations have one month to respond to the request.

  2. Under CCPA: California residents have the right to request that a company delete the data/personal information it has on them. A failure to comply with this will result in a fine of upto $7,500.

1. Do you know a parking lot or garage that needs MyPark? Send an email with information about the location to info@usemypark.com and we’ll get in touch with them.

2. Simply choose a location from the list of locations, confirm and once you arrive just tap “Let Me In” to open the space.

3. MyPark will automatically detect when your vehicle has vacated the space, and will send a notification displaying the total time parked and amount billed.

4. The “Reservations” feature allows you to reserve a parking space days, weeks or even up to 6 months in advance.

5. For day to day use, the “Park Now” feature allows you to immediately find and reserve an available space – perfect for when you are on the way or have already arrived at your destination.

7. Select your location, dates, and times, and your MyPark space will be ready when you arrive.
