1. Delete LocalBTV Account through Email

There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by LocalBTV:

1. Under GDPR: EU/UK Residents have the right to ask (via email), an organization that holds data about them to delete it. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. Organizations have one month to respond to the request.


2. Under CCPA: California residents have the right to request that a company delete the data/personal information it has on them. A failure to comply with this will result in a fine of upto $7,500.

1. To delete your LocalBTV account, contact LocalBTV via email and provide the reasons for your request.

• Please entirely delete my account from your system. You must do this under gdpr. When I typed in my ZIP code originally you told me I could get Philadelphia. However when I try to get into it it's a nice my access. So I want nothing to do with you. You are liars. Amazing that it says New York ZIP codes can have the Philly stations but I live an hour away from Philly and can't get it. Even though originally I was told I could. So delete all of my information.
