Cancel TV Remote Subscription on iPhone & iPad

1. On your phone, open "Settings" and tap your Apple ID profile.
2. Click "Subscriptions" and select "TV Remote for Sony TV".
3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm the cancellation.

Alternative method via AppStore:

1. Goto the Appstore » your Profile » Subscriptions.
2. select "TV Remote" and click "Cancel Subscription".

Cancel TV Remote Subscription on Android

1. Launch the PlayStore app and click the hamburger menu icon.
2. Select "Subscriptions" » tap "TV Remote for Sony TV" » click "Cancel Subscription".
3. Your subscription to TV Remote will now be canceled.

Cancel TV Remote Subscription on PayPal

1. Sign in to your PayPal Account and click "Settings ".
2. Select "Payments" and click "Manage Automatic Payments".
3. Under Automatic Payments tab, click "TV Remote for Sony TV" or "Dev Null" » "Cancel".
4. You are now unsubscribed from TV Remote

Cancel TV Remote via Email

Cancel Subscription Directly on TV Remote's Website

1. Visit their website - http://eibicidiii.ueuo.com/tv.remote.control.sonytv/ and login to your account.
2. Goto your profile or account page and click "Billings" or "Subscriptions".
3. Click "Cancel" to remove your subscription.

4. To find out you TV IP address go to TV [ Settings ] / [ Network ]. *KDL-W/WD, KLV-W Series (2016 model) are not compatible (except for KDL-W800D/W950D).

5. You can choose between network (WiFi / WiFi Direct / LAN) IP control or infrared (IR) control.

6. The purpose is not to replace the original TV remote, but this app is handy in emergency situations (original remote is lost, empty batteries etc).

7. With this app "Remote Control for Sony TV" you can use your smartphone to control your Sony TV.
