There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by BYUradio - Family Podcast App:

1. Under GDPR: EU/UK Residents have the right to ask (via email), an organization that holds data about them to delete it. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. Organizations have one month to respond to the request.


2. Under CCPA: California residents have the right to request that a company delete the data/personal information it has on them. A failure to comply with this will result in a fine of upto $7,500.

• I can no longer find and listen to archived Top of Mind podcasts. I was listening to podcasts from 2021 and now the search will not go back any further than the most recent 20 or so episodes. I’ve had this problem with the app in the past but then it was fixed for awhile. Is it possible that the error is because my phone needs updating? Or is it an issue with your app?
