Cancel 'Ohana Health Plan Subscription on iPhone & iPad

1. On your phone, open "Settings" and tap your Apple ID profile.
2. Click "Subscriptions" and select "'Ohana Health Plan".
3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm the cancellation.

1. Goto the Appstore » your Profile » Subscriptions.
2. select "'Ohana Health Plan" and click "Cancel Subscription".
