There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by VeryFitPro:

1. Under GDPR: EU/UK Residents have the right to ask (via email), an organization that holds data about them to delete it. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. Organizations have one month to respond to the request.


2. Under CCPA: California residents have the right to request that a company delete the data/personal information it has on them. A failure to comply with this will result in a fine of upto $7,500.

1. To delete your VeryFitPro account, contact VeryFitPro via email and provide the reasons for your request.

1. On iphone, Goto "Settings "

3. Select the app, and click "Delete VeryFitPro".

1. Go to your Android phone Settings.
2. Click on "Apps & Games".
3. Select "VeryFitPro" and Click "Uninstall".

• Hi, I have an VeryFitPro account on my iOS and I can't remember the password, when I do a password Reset it sends me a code that is incorrect so I'm unable to login, can you please delete my account or better, change my password so that I can have access to my previous data?

• Is there a number to speak to someone? I asked my question on a live chat. they wanted me to put in my credit card number for" fix your device" something or other. I'm not comfortable doing that, not knowing for sure what I'm signing up for. All I want to do is just talk to someone. Why is that so impossible these days?
