1. Delete JXLCAM Account through Email

There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by JXLCAM:

  1. Under GDPR: EU/UK Residents have the right to ask (via email), an organization that holds data about them to delete it. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. Organizations have one month to respond to the request.

  2. Under CCPA: California residents have the right to request that a company delete the data/personal information it has on them. A failure to comply with this will result in a fine of upto $7,500.

  • I just received my jxlcam n the mail. I had it connected to the wifi once but moved it to place n permenent spot. Now I can't get it to where I can connect to the cameras hotspot also states there should b a USB cable that come q
    With it. There was no USB cable nor do can I even find where a USB cable would even go on the camera to reset it

  • When I received my JXLCAM, it does NOT have a model #, serial #, sticker/label # of any sort. NOR, does it NOT have a phone number of ANY kind, AND it did NOT come with NO, AND I quote what the owner's manual shows, too, "equipped USB cable." PLEASE, IF your company wants & NEEDS to stay in business to make your customers happy, you NEED to DO SOMETHING ABOUT FAST!?

  • The Instructions indicate that a 5V power supply USB cable is needed to turn the camera on and I did not receive a cable in the package nor do I see a USB port on the camera. I don't understand how I'm supposed to set the camera up let alone turn the camera on without this power USB cable or a USB port on the camera.
