  I subscribe lg remote app for trial, but I have not found it usefull to me, I was not sure how to unsubscribe until now, and I have been charged for whole year despite my will. My subscription is already cancelled now, but could I kindly ask you to refund me 16.99 pounds as I do not use the LG remote anymore and I have been charged inadvertently after my trial period. Please. I am appreciate.
