Cancel OnCourse Subscription on iPhone & iPad

1. On your phone, open "Settings" and tap your Apple ID profile.
2. Click "Subscriptions" and select "OnCourse - boating & sailing".
3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm the cancellation.

Alternative method via AppStore:

1. Goto the Appstore » your Profile » Subscriptions.
2. select "OnCourse" and click "Cancel Subscription".

Cancel OnCourse Subscription on Android

1. Launch the PlayStore app and click the hamburger menu icon.
2. Select "Subscriptions" » tap "OnCourse - boating & sailing" » click "Cancel Subscription".
3. Your subscription to OnCourse will now be canceled.

Cancel OnCourse Subscription on PayPal

1. Sign in to your PayPal Account and click "Settings ".
2. Select "Payments" and click "Manage Automatic Payments".
3. Under Automatic Payments tab, click "OnCourse - boating & sailing" or "MarineTraffic" » "Cancel".
4. You are now unsubscribed from OnCourse

Cancel OnCourse via Email

1. Open your email app
2. Provide all the relevant information regarding your account.
3. Provide a reason for the cancelation.
4. Send the email to mobile@redacted... Login to see email.

Cancel Subscription Directly on OnCourse's Website

1. Visit their website - https://www.marinetraffic.com and login to your account.
2. Goto your profile or account page and click "Billings" or "Subscriptions".
3. Click "Cancel" to remove your subscription.

1. Provided that Internet connectivity is available, the vessel's positions will start being reported once the OnCourse application is launched on your mobile device.

3. As such, OnCourse is a self-reporting tool that does not substitute AIS transmissions and it is not, by any means, related to the safety and navigation equipment of a vessel.

4. OnCourse helps you stay aware of the traffic around you, plan your voyages, while sharing your position with your friends and loved ones through the MarineTraffic Live Map.

5. In order to avoid unwanted position reporting, MarineTraffic will send e-mail notifications at your registered email address, whenever your app is active.

6. Registration for a MarineTraffic account is required in order to start reporting your position through the application.

7. The details of the vessel (such as vessel's name, call-sign, dimensions, destination, ETA, etc) must be also configured when using the app.

8. This serves as a reminder that position reporting should only be active when you are at sea and must be turned off when on land.

9. Note: OnCourse is not AIS, OnCourse simulates the data transmitted by AIS transponders; however, it only transmits data through the Internet and not over AIS radio-frequencies.

10. It is important to be used only when the device is on board a vessel and it must be turned off whenever the device leaves the vessel!

11. This is not a substitute for the good seamanship practices, the onboard navigation and safety instruments required by applicable regulations.

12. The information transmitted by OnCourse is not visible by the AIS receivers of other vessels.

13. Note that the positions will continue being reported even if the app is running in the background!
