1. Delete SpTH Account through Email

There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by SpTH:

1. Under GDPR: EU/UK Residents have the right to ask (via email), an organization that holds data about them to delete it. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. Organizations have one month to respond to the request.


2. Under CCPA: California residents have the right to request that a company delete the data/personal information it has on them. A failure to comply with this will result in a fine of upto $7,500.

Alternatively, you can follow these steps below to get SpTH to delete your account/data:

1. To delete your SpTH account, contact SpTH via email and provide the reasons for your request.
2. Mention the law under which you make your request (GDPR or CCPA).
3. Notify SpTH of the penalty for non-compliance - A $7,500 fine under CCPA and 4% of annual turnover under GDPR.

2. How to Delete SpTH on Iphone

1. On iphone, Goto "Settings "
2. Click on "General" » "Iphone Storage".
3. Select the app, and click "Delete SpTH".

3. Delete SpTH on Android phone

1. Go to your Android phone Settings.
2. Click on "Apps & Games".
3. Select "SpTH" and Click "Uninstall".

1. The Government of Spain has established a series of health control measures, including the completion of a health form prior to travelling to Spain, and the presentation of the QR code associated with said form when entering the country at any airport.

2. The form must be completed by all persons flying to Spain from countries that do not belong to the European Union or are not considered Schengen countries, if they do not have an EU COVID Certificate or EU Equivalent.

3. Each form is personal and non-transferable and is associated with a single trip.

• It won't let me get my QR code on the app as it says there is another form there isn't. I'm flying in 2 days and there is no way to get my QR code. Please delete any forms associated with my name and I will start again.

• Sir, Madame,
  Since last Thursday (25 August) I have tried to do 2 procedures :
  1) Create a user profile. In this case, I receive no code by email. Nor do I receive any code by SMS. My mobile phone has a CANADA prefix, which is "+1". I have tried this many times, and no SMS is sent to my phone. I have tried to create a profile on both my computer (MacBook) and my mobile (iPhone) with no success.
  2) Create a FCS form with the security code received by email. I have tried this multiple times, and each time the message which appears at the top right corner of the screen says "The form can not be recovered" (Le formulaire n'a pas pu être récupéré). I am completely blocked, unable to proceed.
  In the worst case, I presume I will fly to Spain from Montréal (Canada) with paper copies of my vaccinations and tests.
  If you can assist me, I would be most appreciative.
