1. Delete AirO Account through Email

There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by AirO:

1. Under GDPR: EU/UK Residents have the right to ask (via email), an organization that holds data about them to delete it. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. Organizations have one month to respond to the request.


2. Under CCPA: California residents have the right to request that a company delete the data/personal information it has on them. A failure to comply with this will result in a fine of upto $7,500.

Alternatively, you can follow these steps below to get AirO to delete your account/data:

1. To delete your AirO account, contact AirO via email and provide the reasons for your request.
2. Mention the law under which you make your request (GDPR or CCPA).
3. Notify AirO of the penalty for non-compliance - A $7,500 fine under CCPA and 4% of annual turnover under GDPR.

2. How to Delete AirO on Iphone

1. On iphone, Goto "Settings "
2. Click on "General" » "Iphone Storage".
3. Select the app, and click "Delete AirO".

1. Go to your Android phone Settings.
2. Click on "Apps & Games".
3. Select "AirO" and Click "Uninstall".

2. It displays the health of the Wi-Fi (“Local Area”) connection, and measures the characteristics of a “Wide Area” connection to a server deeper in the network.

3. The lower section of the screen displays results from tests between the device and a server computer, usually in the corporate data center or on the Internet.

4. But sometimes, even when signal strength is good, interference on the air from Wi-Fi and non-Wi-Fi sources reduces link speeds.

5. In this case, the Wide Area Network ping test will always fail, but normal (e.g. Web) traffic may pass.

6. If link speeds are good but pings slow, it may be a long way to the default gateway over a narrow broadband connection.

7. In a corporate context, this should be an iPerf server instance set up somewhere in the core of the network, probably a data center.

8. We measure signal strength first because if it’s poor, there is no chance of getting a good connection.

9. Because it is a (TCP) throughput test, the figures here will never be more than about 50% of the ‘link speed’ figure for the Wi-Fi connection.

10. The iPerf client in the app is configured to run in bidirectional mode, first an upstream test then downstream.

11. The usual cause of low link speeds is poor signal strength.
