1. The Amazon Shopper Panel is an opt-in, invitation-only program where participants can earn monthly rewards by sharing receipts from purchases made outside of Amazon.com, completing short surveys, and enabling ad verification for the ads they see from Amazon’s own advertising or third-party businesses that advertise through Amazon Ads.
2. Participation in the Amazon Shopper Panel is voluntary and panelists can stop using the app, sharing receipts, answering survey questions, or enabling ad verification at any time.
3. Simply upload eligible receipts every month by using the Amazon Shopper Panel app to take pictures of paper receipts or by forwarding email receipts to receipts@panel.amazon.com and you’ll earn up to $10 towards either an Amazon Balance or a charitable donation.
4. Amazon only receives information that panelists explicitly choose to share via the Shopper Panel, such as information extracted from uploaded receipts (including product or retailer names), survey responses, or ads they have seen.
5. VpnService Utilization: If you enable the ad verification feature, the Amazon Shopper Panel will utilize Android's VpnService to setup a Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection.
6. If you proceed with this request you will not be able to access products and services associated with your closed account, including the Amazon Shopper Panel.
7. The Amazon Shopper Panel will not install a VPN on your device but does use VPN device permissions to setup an Amazon DNS ( ), which enables Amazon to collect and use information about the ads you see from Amazon.
8. By using this app, you agree to Amazon’s Conditions of Use ( ) and the Amazon Shopper Panel T&Cs (available in the app).
9. The Amazon Shopper Panel is available to a limited number of Amazon customers in the US.
10. The Amazon DNS set up is not required to enable the other Amazon Shopper Panel features.
11. If you wish to delete only your Amazon Shopper Panel data or opt out of the program, you may do so through the Amazon Shopper Panel app.

Apologies for typo I'm dictating this over a microphone. App was doing fine. Until recent updates to gain access to phones via a VPN that you cannot disable. Disably the VPN locks you out of the app and the program and definitely apparently. I've been on this program for 2 to 3 years and now I can't gain access to anything. I call sus.
Apple's doing fine until it asks for access to my phone at first I gave it then I decided I didn't want it to have access but I couldn't shut the option off no matter what I tried. Every time I disabled the VPN it would turn itself back on and give itself access to my phone again. So I disabled the app by uninstalling it. Went to go log back into the app next thing I know I'm blocked out of the app altogether. Can't get into my account cuz I'm stuck in an endless loading screen. Thank you Amazon so much. For reference I've been a member on this app for about 2 to 3 years now so yeah thank you again.

Can’t get Amazon shopper panel
I’ve had this app for a while now. All of a sudden today it made me log in. When I did, my acct didn’t show. It show me as a new user & to join the wait list. What’s going on? Is there a number where I can reach them?
Without any warning on 11/8/22 after uploading 10 receipts I find myself shut out of my account and back on the waiting list to rejoin by invitation. Please help!

I have been an Amazon shopper panel participant for over a year.. I am trying to upload the last of my receipts for the month of September and today it acts like it has no idea who I am and I need to be putting on a waiting list.. please contact me at your earliest convenience to ensure that I do not have an issue with my September receipts and I can get back into the shopper panel for Amazon app. I am obviously not the only person experiencing this as the most recent reviews left on the app in Google Play site says everyone else is having issues either they can't sign in. Their account's been deleted so I'm not sure what the issue is. The email on Google play to contact us nonfunctional. Please help us get this resolved. Thank you in advance. Amazon customer service has no clue and have spent 2 plus hours on calls without a response to the problem.
Unable to sign in. Been a member for 16 months. Ugh tried everything
App doesn't allow me to login. I've cleared my cache, cleared browser cookies, uninstalled and reinstalled. Still can't get in, despite using it 1-2 days ago and for more than a year before then.
9/27/22 8:55am CST. Keep getting a sign in error. I've rebooted my device, uninstalled/reinstalled, and nothing is working.
I am unable to login. Continues to give error messages.

Previously automatically signed in - now must sign in. when try to it says "error try again"

APP updated and now I can’t sign in.
The home page of the app shows rewards earned since December 1969....this is truly an error since internet doesn't exist back then. My August rewards are totally missing!
