• I have installed a new sim in my pet tracker. I tested the sim in a phone and it worked. THen I installed it in the pet tracker.... When I start the tracker, it tells me that it is 'data empty'. I went on line and GPS365.net and my account is there; but it also says 'data empty' ..... What do I need to do?
