1. Delete Logistimatics Account through Email

There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by Logistimatics:

1. Under GDPR: EU/UK Residents have the right to ask (via email), an organization that holds data about them to delete it. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. Organizations have one month to respond to the request.


2. Under CCPA: California residents have the right to request that a company delete the data/personal information it has on them. A failure to comply with this will result in a fine of upto $7,500.

1. On iphone, Goto "Settings "

• My Logistimatics app is not responding, this morning the app was frozen, i decide to log out and then sign in but it did not work. Then i proceeded to delete the app and download it again and when it asks fo the email address it says that it does not a valid email address. NEED HELP

• My tracker is not reporting to the app. If I go into the command section & request the location, it gives it to me correctly, but it is not showing in the actual app. The only way I can get the actual location is by requesting it. What can I do to fix this please?
