1. Delete Instawork Account through Email

There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by Instawork: Be your own boss:

1. Under GDPR: EU/UK Residents have the right to ask (via email), an organization that holds data about them to delete it. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. Organizations have one month to respond to the request.


2. Under CCPA: California residents have the right to request that a company delete the data/personal information it has on them. A failure to comply with this will result in a fine of upto $7,500.

• Hi my name is Candice Rodriquez. I’ve been working Instawork for about a year now I’m always sure to advertise Instawork to companies to work or to businesses as well. Recently I was blocked from Rowan and Camden. I spoke to both managers one in Rowan one in Camden I was told they did not block me. Instawork had to have blocked me, I’ve been trying to contact Instawork for about a week now and so has the company and I have yet to get a response. This is extremely ridiculous. How should I tell people to download the app and tell companies to get the app for a great worker when you can’t even get a response.
