There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by SafeTrip NJ:

1. Under GDPR: EU/UK Residents have the right to ask (via email), an organization that holds data about them to delete it. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. Organizations have one month to respond to the request.


2. Under CCPA: California residents have the right to request that a company delete the data/personal information it has on them. A failure to comply with this will result in a fine of upto $7,500.

8. If you place/receive a phone call while a travel alert is playing and do not have a plan that allows simultaneous data and voice, the alert will pause, and will resume playing when the call has ended.

9. By default, SafeTrip broadcasts advisories from within a 10-mile radius, but you have the option to alter the range to your preferred distance.

10. You can elect whether to hear advisories from all directions or just from the direction you’re traveling (the default), and you have the option of filtering out advisories from various roadway types.

11. If you’re driving on the Garden State Parkway, you can choose to hear only Toll Roads advisories.
