1. Delete Chefling Account through Email

There are 2 methods to get your data (and account) deleted by Chefling:Recipe Keeper, Health, Meal Plan, Tracker:

1. Under GDPR: EU/UK Residents have the right to ask (via email), an organization that holds data about them to delete it. This is known as the ‘right to erasure’. Organizations have one month to respond to the request.


2. Under CCPA: California residents have the right to request that a company delete the data/personal information it has on them. A failure to comply with this will result in a fine of upto $7,500.

1. To delete your Chefling account, contact Chefling via email and provide the reasons for your request.

3. Notify Chefling of the penalty for non-compliance - A $7,500 fine under CCPA and 4% of annual turnover under GDPR.

• I did not see a way to delete my account on the web portal. I no longer wish to have an account. I thought this was the app I was looking for when I did a quick Google search about google assistant and kitchen inventory - 1 article said that this app could do it, so I was hooked. It looks like I jumped the gun, though.
