• I bought a 7205 thermostate on Ebay and downloaded the app and when I enter the serial number is says it is already in use and I can go no further. I believe it is new....it is certainly new to me. Registration #BL0400099181-CA. Can you release the number so I can proceed with pairing this device with my phone?
