6. The name later changed to Zambia Mail after independence in 1964.
7. The Company is wholly owned by the Government of the Republic of Zambia.
8. Sunday Mail and Financial Mail were introduced to widen the scope of coverage.
9. The Company is incorporated under the Companies Act, Cap 388 of the Laws of Zambia.
10. The Financial Mail has since been phased out.
11. To keep in tandem with the latest technology in the newspaper industry, the company continues to update its equipment.
