A subscription receipt was sent to me yesterday for a renewal for Feb 2022-Feb 2023. I am currently undergoing chemotherapy and unfortunately this has slipped through the net, I meant to cancel but have obviously had other issues to contend with. It is not something I can afford and would ask if the £21.99 can please be refunded. I have not used the app for many months prior to my surgery and treatment and with the rising costs of living, need the money to go towards more pressing outgoing i.e. heating and travel costs to and from the hospital.
