1. FOLD 4 ?NOTHING.not loading not setup.Fix this big issue.This app is good, but their customer service is worse, because to talk to customer service representative you need a code, which comes by SMS on your registered number but it comes after discontion of call, so you can't talk to them.

2. The email address they provide you, if you send an email to it, you will receive a delivery failure notification in return.It's the worst for me now.. I've visited to Dubai internet city branch, no one helped to sort out my mobile banking app issue.

3. On the other hand customer support is another issue you need hours and panalty of mobile credit to register a complaint.

4. But nothing is working for this appWorst experience, I redeem cashback points for my credit card and it was reflecting positive credit in app, I paid the rest amount on time.
