QGenda Customer Insights

1. TERRIBLE.App cant even fit the tasks in the small box, font size is too big or something, can only see the upper half of words in the month view, doesnt have any settings to adjust anything.

2. Edit: screenshots now work! But now the words on month view is basically unreadable because the font is too big or there is too much space around the words.This is the most frustrating app I have ever used.

3. Very slow when loading some of the views, no default screen, month view shows like month and a half instead of just current month.

4. Terrible app - I don't know what happened, but following an update in the past couple months when you select a day to view, the screen starts jumping around erratically and it's essentially unusable.

5. With a good software engineer this app could be 100 times better in a week.When I click on the schedules tab it shows a circle spinning with a white screen.

6. I would like to be able to make that screen default.Very bugging when scrolling through full schedule.

7. Able to pull up schedules without the program hanging.This app misses basic features like changing the calendar to start on Sunday instead of Monday.

8. I emailed the support lady again last week, nearly SIX MONTHS later, and got the same response...AWARE of the problem.

9. Have to use a PC for that feature.Android app doesn't show ANY WORDS IN ENTIRETY.

10. I have never hated a software this much in my life.Splitting a shift cannot be Udine, and does not remove the original shift.

11. To summarize, it's a scheduling app that doesn't show schedules.... Fail.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix QGenda Issues

1. Fix QGenda Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart QGenda: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the QGenda App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "QGenda" » Open QGenda » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for QGenda » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear QGenda app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from QGenda servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "QGenda" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check QGenda app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, QGenda might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall QGenda. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall QGenda then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing QGenda not working


2. Fix QGenda Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make QGenda be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to QGenda not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, QGenda may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
