1. I have even contacted their customer service chat "bot" I have yet to receive an response.OK I opened my account about 2 hours ago I downloaded this app and it sucks I cannot access my account at all, I have contacted support which did me no good they had me to uninstall the app and re install it and I still can not access my account, So they advised me to screen shoot the message Saying that my account does not exist and email it to a support team And unfortunately I have made arrangements for money to be transferred into this account Can't even tell when it arrives #frustratedYou can't even use the app.

2. I am really angry to give this company personal information, be denied because my information couldn't be verfied, then weeks later receive a card so I activated it.Transfered money, tried to pay a bill, card was declined, called support, my card has been canceled and my money is gone!!!!I used the app once.

3. I have the app and the debit card, but zero ways to get money into the account.

4. When I click on Move Money, Pay Bills or Load Check I get the same error message: MOVE MONEY (or the other text) IS UNAVAILABLE.

5. The app has Move Money, Load Cash, Pay Bills, Find ATM and Load Check.

6. So, I guess I'll wait a few weeks and see what happens, but I'll be deleting it and shredding my debit card if nothing moves after that.This banking system should have not launched this early without all of its coding done.

7. I've had the app for a couple of months but honestly don't use the bank at all bc I'm leery of putting money in the care of an app only based company when the app isn't completely working.

8. The app still is showing that my card needs to be activated and it appears that i do not gain access to everythin g until it is active, which I'm told that it already is.

9. WE'LL UPDATE YOU ONCE MOVE MONEY IS WORKING AGAIN.

10. Go through all the steps and try to sign in and I'm told my email does not exist but if I try to sign up again, it knows my email and takes me back to sign in.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MoCaFi Issues

1. Fix MoCaFi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MoCaFi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MoCaFi App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MoCaFi" » Open MoCaFi — Mobile Banking » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MoCaFi » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MoCaFi — Mobile Banking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MoCaFi servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MoCaFi — Mobile Banking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MoCaFi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MoCaFi might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MoCaFi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MoCaFi then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MoCaFi not working


2. Fix MoCaFi Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MoCaFi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MoCaFi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MoCaFi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
