PlaySpot Customer Insights

1. Overall, ok not amazing.It would be nice to have a balance history and see how many points you're earning on/by playing the games Update 8/27/2019 : The above still remains however i did receive a payout!! It wasn't much but i chose to cash out at that time since I had enough of a balance and wanted to see if it was real.

2. I had been playing a game for hours on end to reach a level to earn a high reward and that progress was lost as well.

3. Overall, not a bad app to earn $20 from playing games on your phone for a while.Edit: the ability to watch videos has been taken away and so I have dropped the rating.

4. It was easier to accumulate points in the beginning bc I did some offers or downloaded other games.

5. The offers that reward more points are super helpful but can definitely be pretty challenging to meet the time constraint.

6. The ads are just too much for me so I uninstalled and may reinstall when it gets better.It took a bit longer than l would have preferred but l earned $20 playing games and redemption was quick and easy.

7. Oh, and anyone that actually looks at the reward system, can see that their "top review" is fake.The games are fun but the ads after every level are irritating, ridiculous and redundant.

8. But the videos and the other easy games for just a few minutes a day you can accrue points.

9. Plus all the good games to earn coins are gone, blocks, knife throwing all gone.

10. I'll keep at it tho.It takes a while to reach the cash out minimum, but once you do, you get the payout by the next day and it arrives in U.S. dollars instead of euros like most other reward apps do.

11. I haven't made enough to cash in yet, *but* I haven't been playing that long either and what I have accumulated has been quickly gotten through the harness downloaded.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix PlaySpot Issues

1. Fix PlaySpot Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart PlaySpot: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the PlaySpot App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PlaySpot" » Open PlaySpot - Make Money & Play » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PlaySpot » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear PlaySpot - Make Money & Play app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PlaySpot servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PlaySpot - Make Money & Play" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check PlaySpot app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PlaySpot might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall PlaySpot. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PlaySpot then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PlaySpot not working


2. Fix PlaySpot Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PlaySpot be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PlaySpot not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PlaySpot may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

    Leider habe ich im Spiel "War Machine: GunshipBattle WW2" die Belohnungen für die Stufen 1, 2 und 5 noch nicht erhalten (jene für 3, 4 und 6 dagegen schon). Ich würde mich freuen, wenn mir auch noch die Coins für die erstgenannten Stufen gutgeschrieben werden.
    Ich wende mich an diese E-Mail-Adresse (und hoffe, es ist die richtige), da die Kontaktierung über das genannte Spiel bzw. über die eigentliche App PlaySpot nicht funktioniert. Möglicherweise liegt dies daran, dass ich bereits für eine andere Stufe um die Anrechnung von Coins gebeten habe. Leider wurden mir dabei nur die Coins für die betreffende Stufe gutgeschrieben und nicht alle noch fehlenden Belohnungen. Ich hoffe, diese Angelegenheit lässt sich auch auf diese Weise schnell klären.

  • I have sent numerous emails about not being able to cashout out. I go to cash out I get the same generated email say thanks and click here to verify my email which I do. And I haven't even got one response on the problem. I spent alot of time downloading and playing those games and had to suffer through endless hours of ads to earn those points through play spot and I want my reward that I earned. It takes a lot of time earning little.amounts of points for a small amount of cash it ends up being specially with the thousands of hours of ads I had to endure. I want my money I earned.

  • I have got to over 24,000 coins and tried to cash out. When pressed it, it told me to fill in my information. Afterwards it said someone would get in touch with me soon about my confirmation but it still has over 24,000 coins even after that. I have sent 3 different emails and have not got an email back yet. It's been almost 2 weeks and no one has sent a confirmation email. It plainly states that after reaching 20,000 a person will receive $20. It took me over 3 months to get that and I would like to receive what I earned.

  • I enjoy the app and will continue to spend many hours playing again once I can correct the problem of cashingg out. I put in all my creditials correctly and it says 'something went wrong" try again later.
