Albert Customer Insights

1. I've been trying to cancel it for almost a year but every time I go to do so there is more mystery money in the account and I can't get out.

2. It has been several days and I have been unable to withdraw that money back into my account to cancel.

3. Couldn't cancel membership for longest time they did not have that option available, as of 2 days ago it's cancelled , after they took $12 out of my account a cancel option appeared.

4. This app is terrible.I love the app because it really does help me save money without noticing that anything is being taken out of my account.

5. When you try to cancel suddenly the money it has transferred to "savings" is inaccessible and still pending after previously being shown as cleared.

6. Albert is useless unless you like to waste time and money. It lost connection with my bank.

7. And when you want to cancel it and deactivate your account they trap you into staying bc they are forever adding "auto saved" funds to it so you can't close it.

8. I am still waiting for the "pending transaction" of the money they ripped out of my account.

9. They want me to get my balance to 0 first, but they only let me withdraw a little money at a time, so getting it down to 0 is impossible.

10. I did monthly and they charged me for the full year and they took it from my SAVINGS account.

11. I don't have another bank to use and now I can't access the money in my savings.
