1. And when we want to return the product there is no option available to return.It is malfunctioning logout every time and when we enter the mpin it shows incorrect (highlighting in red), have scheduled for vaccination in my profile but the appointment is booked for spouse, now i dont understand if the booking is valid or not as there is no sms or email confirmation of the same, very irritating sometimes it leads you to book appointment the other time it says that booking can be done for 45 years and above.

2. Happy user for 2 yearsInitially during the COVID times the app was working fine... but as if now.. the app is not even opening l, we cant book any doctors appointment or see the health chart that we have recorded for all the family member.

3. Don't download this app because the vital option is not showing on top of right side..watse of money for purchase of jio smart band.please don't byeAwesome app for all healthcare related needs of the family.

4. Waste of money and timeWorst app ... Doesn't show anything, shows blank anytime I open it.......................................App is trying to access lot of personal information.

5. Absolutely disappointing.I booked 700₹ test package 1 month ago for my mother but till date I have not received any phone call or communication regarding sample collection, reports, etc.

6. it needs write access to storage, medial files, location, bluetooth, camera, contact list, phone , audio.

7. I want to book vaccination but the application is not opening.Not able to connect with jio j2 fit band.

8. It keeps record of all our health parameters, stores all prescriptions, reports, bills and almost every health related issue with a very easy to use interface.

9. Fun part is that, unlike other apps, you can't customize access and need to accept all.

10. I have tried updating it to the latest version but still it's the same.A real health assistant and companion.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix JioHealthHub Issues

1. Fix JioHealthHub Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart JioHealthHub: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the JioHealthHub App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "JioHealthHub" » Open JioHealthHub » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for JioHealthHub » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear JioHealthHub app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from JioHealthHub servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "JioHealthHub" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check JioHealthHub app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JioHealthHub might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall JioHealthHub. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall JioHealthHub then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing JioHealthHub not working


2. Fix JioHealthHub Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make JioHealthHub be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to JioHealthHub not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, JioHealthHub may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
