1. "Assist pt with SETTING UP A PIN, ACCEPTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND ADD A PHOTO OF THE PATIENT (IF THEY CHOSE)." Then after ALL of that and all the decision-making the pt has to do (maybe they want to spend 10 min reading terms and conditions, and gosh, what selfie do they want to use, etc), THEN the nurse says the prewritten scripting about how to navigate the program! Part of that script is to tell pt that we will "find the proper person" to assist the patient if they have further questions".
2. THEN: [FOLLOWING QUOTES ARE TAKEN DIRECTLY FROM OUR MANAGEMENT'S WRITTEN EDUCATION FOR NURSES.] "Log into computer>Hyperspace>open patient's chart (verify identity)>Bedside Tablets activity>Document tablet name, click activate, scan code with tablet (See quick start guide for complete info).
3. I will change my rating if I can get the ability to download just the plain "MyChart".very clear and concise.App never openedNurses don't have the time it takes to set this up!!! To begin, decide which pts may want to and be able to do this.
4. Developers should provide an option for patients to simply sign in via the MyChart portal.I must be to old, I am having trouble making this application to work.Very useful.
5. I would like to be able to download just "Mychart" on my chromebook for when my son is inpatient at Cincinnati Childrens hospital.
6. My question is, who is going to be taking care of my other patients while I invest an hour of my time doing all of this?! If this was my fulltime job I'd be more than happy to do it! It sounds like a cushy job and kind of fun really.
7. Add and open the program to the patient's actual hospital chart.
8. For some odd reason I can't download just "Mychart", I don't need mychart bedside.
9. Pray you, the nurse, can figure out how to use and navigate within every tablet brand and version known to man.
10. Explain the whole program to the patient.
11. Able to get a message to whoni need to n when ThanksWon't load.
