TrialMax App Customer Insights

1. I often see it back on the beginning page after a successful submission and wonder whether I'd completed it successfully or not, then my research group rep tells me "you can do it seven times if you want, but we really only need one answer on monday evening" haha.This app was chosen for use to record information for Pfizer's COVID Vaccine Trial, so I would consider it of top quality.

2. I told the medical study people about it when they would call me to do the interviews but the problem was never fixed.It would be really nice if this app closed itself after a successful submission, or at least forwarded to something other than right back to the survey start page.

3. Was glad when trial was over & able to delete this space consuming app.Experience is excellent, easy to use.I was told that after the study.

4. For the sake of us somewhat demented users it needs to have a reminder to turn on mobile data or wifi prior to inputing responses to ensure its being forwarded to the collection point.

5. My payment card keeps saying I've just earned money from 1 diary entry, although I've been doing it faithfully for almost 8 weeks now.

6. Wendy SpringA good app,i dont recall any ads,i try to log in everyday to avoid possible giches,but it doesnt allow you to log out without going back to the first page.

7. Now, I'm participating in a study where I'm not able to enter daily reports! Beyond frustrated!!After a few times it came up saying disabled.

8. Now it is not visible without me searching each time.The app works fine overall, but I wish it would show at least a history of the date/time I entered in my diaries.

9. Often had low starage space messages & had to keep deleting info or apps to be able to use this.

10. There is no feedback to confirm the information has been received.Easy to answer questions.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TrialMax App Issues

1. Fix TrialMax App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TrialMax App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TrialMax App App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TrialMax App" » Open TrialMax App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TrialMax App » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TrialMax App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TrialMax App servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TrialMax App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TrialMax App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TrialMax App might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TrialMax App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TrialMax App then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TrialMax App not working


2. Fix TrialMax App Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TrialMax App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TrialMax App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TrialMax App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
