One incredibly convenient, always-ready place for so much data, and an incredibly responsive support staff for tech issues--even on the eve of a major holiday! 😯 This app is an absolute 'must have' for any DIY-er, homeowner, or anyone who has to keep track of and/or support pretty much anything around a home or farm.

2. Centriq should be strongly promoted at all DIY-type stores! GREAT APP!!The app was working fine till on a sudden I see a CentriQ blue screen with " There was a problem loading Centriq.

3. The organization is stellar - Already setup with categories like Garage (with tools, sporting goods, and bikes) and Kitchen (with refrigerator, dishwasher, range, etc) and Laundry (with washer, dryer, and vacuum) and Office (printer, computer, etc).

4. Now Centriq only supports 5 items for free! If I want to either add a new item or update one it costs me $99 per year.

5. But a good concept to bring all your house hold items neatly inventoried and it helps with manuals, parts useful videos all organized nicely.

6. The free version only allows 5 appliances, and then the pricing becomes quite steep for something that you probably won't use regularly & typically only have so you can manage user manuals for your household appliances.

7. There's many things like that where I don't know if the information will be saved or not.worked great for a long while, just recently it locked up showing a screen saying "preparing your home ".

8. Also, you can't find the subscription information in the app, so you have to go to a website separately to find the basic info.Has potential to be great.

9. On my mobile devices, apps, if well-designed and working properly, are much faster and more straightforward to use.Just what I needed - A way to store receipts, pictures, and notes about specific products ALL IN ONE PLACE.

10. I can't access any of the pictures or data saved talked to customer support and they were helpful with suggestions.

11. I recall I had some problems with the app and I was told that the browser version worked fine.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Centriq Issues

1. Fix Centriq Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Centriq: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Centriq App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Centriq" » Open Centriq » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Centriq » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Centriq app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Centriq servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Centriq" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Centriq app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Centriq might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Centriq. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Centriq then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Centriq not working


2. Fix Centriq Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Centriq be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Centriq not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Centriq may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
