Also really communicative on messenger.Been using this app for more than half a year now and it is the best app with the best exchange rate.Instant money transfer and great support centre for immediate help.The password reset link you keep sending me just goes to Google play for me to download the app.
2. They are giving good market transfer rates but they are looting money in the form of 'Deposit' using card.
3. If you update the app with good features and appearance then I am sure you would become market leaders in ner future.Not reliable and customer service is rubbish.
4. For ex, if you want to transfer £400 then first you have to deposit £400 to the PassTo account for which they will charge a total of £404.
5. When i initiated chat using that link -- customer support said they are another company and isn't related to PassTo.This is quite a hack.
6. I'd been entering my card details and then they redirected me back to the app for confirmation, only to have me start all over again and charge my debit card when they said they don't ask for any fee! I need my money back.

8. Data Security issue -- when i went to menu and initiated Live Chat it lead to me a chrome page where there is a 'LiveAgent' option at bottom.
9. £4 extra for a deposit in this case, which is way more than transfer rates of other companies.

11. I do get compliance checks every few months to prevent money laundering, which is extremely annoying, but I guess I have to comply to do transfers.
