1. I'm stuck on the "select your authorised countries".. 5. Very poor experience, get a notification, tap it, unlock the phone, no message just the front app screen and have to tap again to access my account and then unlock once more.

7. The poor quality of this app is what is leading me to choose a different bank to deal with.Easy and convenient to use for punctual act.

8. I am now getting the "new version, please configure" nonsense every time I launch it, coupled with a bunch of errors once I get done configuring it for the tenth time.

9. On my ipad the app is usable but irritating, needs to be configured from scratch after each update.The application works as advertised.

10. Only wish there was customer support on weekends for issues besides losing my card.

11. Without it, I would have to go back to paper statements.Google pay is said to be available for visa cards.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix BILnet Issues

1. Fix BILnet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart BILnet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the BILnet App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BILnet" » Open BILnet » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BILnet » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear BILnet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BILnet servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BILnet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check BILnet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BILnet might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall BILnet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BILnet then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BILnet not working


2. Fix BILnet Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BILnet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BILnet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BILnet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
