Smart Home Manager Customer Insights

1. I only have this app installed in case I really need it, because it is very annoying to use.Pretty easy to use and straightforward app for managing your router, it's nice because it can give you a list of all the devices connected to your internet.

2. Side note, I feel in this day and age, internet should either be free or if a fee is charged, it should be like 10 bucks a month, maybe 20 for the faster service. Can't see the connected devices since the last update.

3. They sent me a new router in 2 days, so far everything is up and running. Why is there a sign in page that does not require sign in? Every single time it opens you have to click on the sign in button (literally, no need to enter credentials), then wait for it to sign each time which can take a while.

4. Update 2/13/23: Still unable to view/edit wifi devices connected to the network.

5. When setting up smart home devices that don't support 5 GHz networks, you usually have to temporarily turn off the 5 GHz network to make them connect.

6. Being able to do this from the app would be a huge improvementIt's almost comical that an app designed to manage your home internet doesn't actually allow you to do so.

7. For example, I can't set a connected device to have different schedules of internet access during the week vs weekend.

8. Since that's how you validate devices and see what's going on with your network it's now useless.

9. So setting up schedules for kids entertainment devices becomes impossible.

10. Was having issues with my router not syncing with some of my electronics and they helped me to find out the problem.

11. Each time I logged back into the app, it told me to start the process again.Helps manage you wi-fi, reset your modem, see who is on your wi-fi, etc.
