PerfectServe Practitioner Customer Insights

1. Attaching pictures is successful less than half of the time, and often ties up the app after an unsuccessful attempt, crashing messages I'm trying to send without attachments to other consultants, until I turn my phone off and back on (not just close and reopen the app).

2. What's really dangerous is when I hang up the active call, all audio from the phone (ring tone, text message alerts, music, etc) are emitted from the earpiece speakerphone (the portion you put up to your ear).

3. Update (4/3/19) - After talking to the product manager, we were unable to fix the push notification problem on my Galaxy 9+, but he was able to at least send an SMS message 5 minutes after a page was sent to me.

4. I have to force close the app and sometimes this doesn't even fix it so I waste time closing and reopening the app until it finally works.Many glitches in this app that delay notifications or cause repeated errors when trying to open conversations.

5. Messages often arrive with no notification until I open and unlock my phone for another reason, despite settings allowing notifications.

6. If you have Android phone this is definitely not the app for you.App doesn't push notifications in real time.

7. This app has went from being a lifesaver to a product I avoid using at all.This app will switch to in call audio if you are in an active call on speakerphone and switch back to the app to read a message.

8. Will hold onto messages for up to an hour and then send them or the phone will ring telling me I have messages.

9. Often receive a phone call for a missed message prior to message coming through.

10. Often I cannot type replies, open messages or I just get a spinning wheel with no conversation listed.

11. Very frustrating to use, and often fails in emergencies.No longer receiving push notifications after the most recent T-Mobile update.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix PerfectServe Practitioner Issues

1. Fix PerfectServe Practitioner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart PerfectServe Practitioner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the PerfectServe Practitioner App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PerfectServe Practitioner" » Open PerfectServe Practitioner » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PerfectServe Practitioner » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear PerfectServe Practitioner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PerfectServe Practitioner servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PerfectServe Practitioner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check PerfectServe Practitioner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PerfectServe Practitioner might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall PerfectServe Practitioner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PerfectServe Practitioner then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PerfectServe Practitioner not working


2. Fix PerfectServe Practitioner Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PerfectServe Practitioner be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PerfectServe Practitioner not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PerfectServe Practitioner may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
