I installed a new mesh WiFi system overriding my old router and cannot get my account to give me access to change the system WiFi username and password. I have deleted my account twice to start again installing my system as I did with the very first install with IP Pro, but I am always taken to the last step in my old account.
Therefore I am unable to use the IP Pro app as it cannot connect to my WiFi camera system.

This unit worked great for the past year now it says storage full I have a iPhone 11 was able to get notifications but nope not now says it’s backed up to cloud you did this with the yosee app to it pretty bad to buy expensive cramas and the app sucks I can see that there is a lot of complaints and not one has been resolved it’s bad when you can’t get notifications to your iPhone I looked in to my cloud account nothing there can’t find no videos and I went through this with the yosee as well people contact you a you don’t answer not with EseeCloud or yosee apps I do believe I’m going to contact Amazon where I bought the camera system and let them be aware of these problems so they pull the camera of the market

I paid for a 9-day recording 360 day plan on my camera and it was working fine but now it’s not recording anymore. There’s a message that says the phone space has reached its limit please clear the phone space. I have cleared the cache on my EseeCloud app and it’s a cloud service so I don’t understand why it’s not recording and why I can’t see the recordings.
I was gonna upgrade but it says there is no devices that support cloud services what does that mean
I have four more cameras I need to add please assist me on how to add them to what I already have

How to see the IP CAM MAC address? Can the indicator light (blue light) switch on/ off? How to make the IP address to STATIC mode, because its always change (DHCP mode) so it make a problem when set on DVR ONVIF.
