1. It has been over 2 months of me providing proof and I'm not sure what else a company would want or could ask for! This is ridiculous and it honestly feels like they are dragging it on and on to keep my coins so that I can't get my account unlocked!This crypto wallet app is awesome! It's super easy to use, can convert to all sorts of currencies and on top of that it's free and beautifully designed.

2. I love the smoothness and speed with which it launches and works with money, all of which together creates a great user experience for me.Wallet is constantly preventing users from withdrawing XMR and does upgrades that completely lock up out-going transactions.

3. When the wallet is not under "upgrades" it works great with no issues.Update, was able to recover original wallet address all good now.

4. All seems to be working fine now, but still not a great user experience when there are issues.One can't send funds without valid email address and one can't change it from the app settings when the mail doesn't get the link.

5. The app glitch logged me out and then I tried to login but had to re-sign up, and was never able to recover my old wallet address.

6. I cannot access my coins at all.I have been contacting support for over 2 months now trying to get my account unlocked because it was locked for no reason.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix XMR Wallet Issues

1. Fix XMR Wallet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart XMR Wallet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the XMR Wallet App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "XMR Wallet" » Open XMR Wallet - Monero exchange » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for XMR Wallet » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear XMR Wallet - Monero exchange app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from XMR Wallet servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "XMR Wallet - Monero exchange" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check XMR Wallet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, XMR Wallet might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall XMR Wallet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall XMR Wallet then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing XMR Wallet not working


2. Fix XMR Wallet Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make XMR Wallet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to XMR Wallet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, XMR Wallet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
