Workout Customer Insights

1. Dumb, but this helped me through lockdown, as I was living alone.I can have a hard time with timing in my workouts alone, so it's helpful having a voice guide telling me how long to do the exercises and when/for how long to rest.

2. But other than that I think it's really helped with losing weight, thanks a lot for making this app ❤️❤️Major plus to this app is being able to customise the amount of exercises, and being able to pause.

3. I love the options the app gives you! A great find!My only gripe with this app is that it doesn't seem beginner / unathletic person friendly.

4. From what I can see, there is only 1 full-body workout plan and it ramps up in difficulty pretty fast with some exercises, like burpees & inchworms on day 3.

5. You can customize the workout by substituting the exercises which is great if you have a bad back or knee.

6. The only issues I have are with the fact that they have workouts for targeted fat loss (a hollow promise because medical consensus is that's a myth) and the ads are timed annoyingly.

7. I was kind of turned off to having to subscribe to move forward on most of the exercises, but it's not bad of a price.

8. But I wish they allow me to add/subtract the number of exercises in the routine.

9. I wish that there were beginner, intermediate, and expert plans like some of their other apps, such as the yoga one.It is definitely one of the better fitness apps out there.

10. It is hard enough to find motivation and time to work out, that dirty cashgrab tactic just ruins the experience and steals all motivation.

11. You can pick what area of the body you want to focus on.💪 You can work on something different every day if you want.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Workout Issues

1. Fix Workout Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Workout: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Workout App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Workout" » Open Workout for Women: Fit at Home » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Workout » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Workout for Women: Fit at Home app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Workout servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Workout for Women: Fit at Home" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Workout app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Workout might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Workout. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Workout then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Workout not working


2. Fix Workout Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Workout be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Workout not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Workout may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

    I canceled the free trial but it charged my card.
