I'm missing several sports channels (5 sports; one sports etc, these are Israeli sports channels). They don't appear anymore on live/guide indexes.
I trued to remove and reinstall which did not help. When i press one of them from my "last" or favorites, it's says to try again later. This has been like this for the past week.

i signed onto startup show tv about two weeks ago. i am only able to view live tv, movie trailers. i am NOT able to view movies or tv series. i do not understand why. what is the internet speed required to do so? if that is not my problem, i do not know what the problem is. HELP PLEASE!!

The latest update takes me to a what's new screen. It won't allow me to cancel without scrolling the 3 pages.
After the 3rd page there is a blank bar at the bottom of the page which normally allows me to proceed: this does not happen.
I've restarted my device - still won't go past welcome pages.
This is happening on both my Apple tv as well as my iPhone.

Since you did the update (yesterday 9 Dec 2022) I can’t close the app update introduction page (which says “Introducing a big update Change Log”). When I press

I've emailed three times about this issue and received a curt reply the first time saying "no one is on your account." and no reply the following two times I emailed. Someone without permission and not in my household is on my account. They've deleted profiles, changed names on profiles, added/deleted things from lists, and now this person has added two new profiles to my account, as well as taking over/renaming my main account. I am extremely upset about this as the app is quite expensive and I've had no support on this issue. Hopefully we can resolve this matter ASAP whether that be myself receiving a new login, this unauthorized user being removed from my profile (and blocked from using my profile), whatever it may be. I will appreciate your swift response in this concerning matter.

I'm running an older version of Startup show because the latest version will not let me use my mouse. when I try to use the mouse on the new version I cannot page down. I have to go to the bottom of the page I'm on and click to hold that particular show and then page down to the next set of shows. This is pretty inconvenient and I wonder if you are going to rectify the problem.
