1. My images/videos are not arranged in order of viewing, I could just view an image or video now, and return to my status saver and start looking for it, it would neither be the first nor the last, rather would be somewhere in the middle, making it difficult to locate items I intend to save.

2. When sharing items, there is a default long text contained that I have to delete for every time I need to share an item,this is not cool,the field should be emptyFunctionally v.good, saves me time hunting around looking for files.

4. The only problem is the messages it contain while sharing a status and the difficulty in searching for a particular status to saveI felt like I downloaded an ad with some app sprinkled in between.

5. add services are a minor limitation in this app.It's a great app but it seems when using it it's better to switch of your data or turn off wifi bcos the advert will prevent u operating it speedily n well.

6. Easy to navigate and understand, love that it deletes statuses as they go away on WhatsApp so you only have an influx of that day alone for people with a lot of contacts.

8. Usual problem with developers, they can't communicate well - the options to save and/or download are confusing.This is really a good app and its surely works on my phone .

9. I think it doesn't take long just in few seconds it's done ..Now i am happy because there is no need to begging for a video from others and wait for it to be sent.

1. Fix WA.Status Saver Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WA.Status Saver: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WA.Status Saver App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WA.Status Saver" » Open WA.Status Saver - Downloader » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WA.Status Saver » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WA.Status Saver - Downloader app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WA.Status Saver servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WA.Status Saver - Downloader" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WA.Status Saver app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WA.Status Saver might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WA.Status Saver. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WA.Status Saver then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WA.Status Saver not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WA.Status Saver be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WA.Status Saver not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WA.Status Saver may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
