Citizen Customer Insights

1. App just moves me back to my location no matter how much I try to see whats going on in neighboring cities.App was great but lately it's stopped alerting me to things around me, just alerts for weird random events hundreds of miles away.

2. I only get useless information about events happening 50+ miles away! This app was great! Being here in NYC, it helped keep me informed of incidents close by me or my loved ones.

3. Great concept, if the app worked. This is a good app, but it would be even better if the notifications would pop up faster, not hours later I have gotten phone calls when things happen and i don't get the notifications at all or they get sent to me late I'm not sure who else is having this experience but it needs to be fixed not to mention there was a real bad car crash on Roosevelt Blvd.

4. I've found it very helpful...UNTIL, they suddenly took away many of the features unless you subscribe to their "plus" plan for $4.99/month. Why should I have to pay monthly so I can see events that are more than 24 hours old? That makes zero sense! Bit by bit, more and more features have migrated over to their plus plan.

5. I got an alert for an aggressive peacock on the loose in a city hundreds of miles away, but don't get alerts when there is active shooting a couple of miles away.

6. Developers blew it with their money grab.It was a great app when I first installed it, but now all I get are alerts for other states.

7. Now I get countless alerts that take me to clips of scanners, and they want me to pay to listen? I don't want to hear 3 seconds of a scanner, then repeatedly asked to upgrade.

8. I no longer get alerts for events happening in my area.

9. I can't see anyone wanting to pay a sub for this, the business model doesn't work, they need to pivot hard or we'll just be watching this slowly circle the drain until the lights go out. This app has become nearly useless.

10. Now I get bombarded with notifications about incidents EVERYWHERE even 700 miles away, but when I try opening the app it just spins and thinks and never opens.

11. So many people criticize Memphis and call it "The Murder Capital", but we don't warrant any coverage in comparison to an overgrown chicken escaped from a zoo in New York 🙄Junk.

  • I accidentally subscribed and then accidentally uninstalled before canceling. I saw my Visa show up. I may have been logged in to gazinta49@redacted or mit81927@redacted on my android phone. Are you able to cancel from here ( this is my desktop PC). I am so sorry and somewhat inept.
