1. What is the point of having an app that doesn't remember your data (phone number, nif...), what is the point of an account with phone number associated to it? Why the app can't use this data to be able to recharge in one tap?! So all you can do with all the effort of having an account and remember another password is just to see current balance...I have never been able to see what my consumption is.

Same for their voice consumer service, which is often completely unfathomable and often just damned rude.Frequently looses the login session, forces you to relogin AND go through a recaptcha (absurd in a mobile app, this is not a generic web browser) only to either crash and exit the app OR give a generic "there was a problem, please try later".... Sometimes it works! Wow What a poor app, this could be a WHOLE lot better guysThey changed my tarrif without my approval.
3. its 2019 and we are living in era of globalsatuon.Worst UX ever, you cannot register product in app if your clients number associated with wrong mobile number, and you cannot send any message to support before adding product.
4. How am I supposed to manage my account and phone? See data? Of course if I contact by the app no one ever replies to me, and I cannot call since I don't speak Portuguese.

6. Tente mais tarde ou ligue para 16 200.Meo has wonderfully polished marketing media in English but trying as a non portuguese speaker the multitude of messages sent only in Portuguese is ridiculous.

9. I thought the app might help as you sent me an email showing the consumption of GBs used but no, all I see is an arbitrary balance in euros which means nothing as I pay a fixed rate each month for 40gb.
10. In the last 5 years no good support available, automated telephone system, they charge you to ring customer service but u can never get through to anyone.
