I just wish i knew it earlier when i was in college & don't like to share my contact number but wanted to be in connect with all .. just little things to be improved .. like .. it dont show whether the person is online or not ... it donot show the time of messages was sent ( actually it does but it takes effort to find the eaxct time when any message was sent), it donot have media gallery, esle its fine .. i like it 💙I rate it two because I liked the feature of this program we only need to put the account picture and name and there is no need to put the email but there is a problem that it hangs and does not open,so I could not use the application.It stack i cannot send or receive messages .it needs restart many times to sendGood effort, but still needs some work.

Having long conversations, it can be a pain to have to scroll forever to find a picture or video.Excellente, I like the app no sharing contacts but we communicate really secrecy, video voice calls no reconnection pauses with clear voice, but only when watching videos it sleeps when ever the phone sleeps don't know whyI like the basic concept of this application.

3. Thanks for fixing account migration (I would suggest for the user's peace of mind that the interface of this feature explicitly differentiate between sending and receiving device).

4. I am getting messages without any problem but to make a call it shows connecting and a few sec later it says your call has been terminated.

5. And please update the store description regarding the deprecation of the video call preview feature (long-pressing video call button).

6. Clean app but the notification issue needs to be fixed.I used to love this app a lot.

7. Even if I am connected to internet, I have to open the app to see my messages.

8. Read a review where someone said recipients sometimes don't get messages outside the app.

9. It's that once you leave the app to do something else on your device, you get no notification the other person responds.

10. Everytime its happening and the only solution is every time you also have to uninstall the app and install at the same time.

1. Fix twinme Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart twinme: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the twinme App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "twinme" » Open twinme - private messenger » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for twinme » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear twinme - private messenger app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from twinme servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "twinme - private messenger" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check twinme app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, twinme might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall twinme. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall twinme then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing twinme not working

2. Fix twinme Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make twinme be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to twinme not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, twinme may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
