1. Thank you.All I need from a Bible Apps!!! Easy to navigate, seamless integration with other Apps (Bible Dictionary, Commentary etc), ability to use any bible version, love the split screen and synchronous scrolling, and also a very helpful Reading Plan.I like the app as far.

I hope this app always keep in simple and lite with less of size, but if you want to make more great feature I recommend to make another app version, because the lite size of apps is more comfortable for old devices.please make this apps are available to be connected to our google account so that i do not have to lost all my reading progress when i change my phone.

5. Thank you!I can easily find chapters what I wanna read, and I don't needa search for chapters by opening every sheet of the bible or seeing chapters name on the edge of it.

6. Please, please, please bring back the ESV version (and NASB if possible) since it's very helpful to have these word-for-word translations and pair it with Alkitab TB in split version.

1. Fix Alkitab Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Alkitab: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Alkitab App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Alkitab" » Open Alkitab » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Alkitab » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Alkitab app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Alkitab servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Alkitab" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Alkitab app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Alkitab might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Alkitab. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Alkitab then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Alkitab not working

2. Fix Alkitab Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Alkitab be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Alkitab not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Alkitab may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
