1. What I just want is an update for this app to fix some small errors and new verses to reflect on.I dont know since 2 months this app is not opening..... Its showing "just fetching some content please hang on" i left it whole night still in morning it's the same showing the same message on app screen.uninstalled and installed it again 2 times but still the same again.

Please rectify the problem.the app is lagging, and when i open it says 'Just fetching some content, please hang on' its be like that for the pass 15 minits.. i used to read ODB when i was younger back then and wen i found it on play store i was happy but now its really depressing that you cant use it at all! pls fix this!Unfortunately, this app does not work on our Android phones.

1. Fix ODB 365 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ODB 365: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ODB 365 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ODB 365" » Open ODB 365 for Teens » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ODB 365 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ODB 365 for Teens app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ODB 365 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ODB 365 for Teens" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ODB 365 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ODB 365 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ODB 365. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ODB 365 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ODB 365 not working

2. Fix ODB 365 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ODB 365 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ODB 365 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ODB 365 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
