One piece of feedback, I want the video published by the church youtube covering nephi being caught up in the mountain to see the interpretations of his father's dream put into the watch section of the app, thanks for seeing my feedback.I love this book! 2. the original version (before the latest update) that had the audio play at the top was simple and easy, now it adds extra and unnecessary steps such as you must be scrolled up to the top of the page to be able to start audio playback.

4. Both Gospel Library and this app will default to text & speech when offline, which I find annoying.The update they made to it have made it difficult to operate.

5. This one is more like somebody reading text, without feeling.Amazing. Has blessed my life in so many ways, meaning the book.

6. Also, if you press the top right, vertical "..." icon, and press "Related Content" then you'll get helpful visual aids like pictures and videos of what is going on in the scriptures you're reading.

8. I like the extra resources in the app that help introduce the Book of Mormon as a testament of His doctrine and divinity.

9. What I liked about the other was that the font size was larger than this and the audio controls didn't cover up part of the screen.

10. Runs smoothly.This is a great way to learn about the teachings of Jesus Christ.

11. Audio activation used to be more convenient but no biggie once I figured out the extra steps now required (wonder why that).

1. Fix The Book of Mormon Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart The Book of Mormon: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the The Book of Mormon App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "The Book of Mormon" » Open The Book of Mormon » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for The Book of Mormon » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear The Book of Mormon app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The Book of Mormon servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The Book of Mormon" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check The Book of Mormon app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The Book of Mormon might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall The Book of Mormon. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The Book of Mormon then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing The Book of Mormon not working

2. Fix The Book of Mormon Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make The Book of Mormon be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to The Book of Mormon not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, The Book of Mormon may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
