1. Overall it was nice except for the two links that I cannot use because it was overlapping my screen and I can't see the subtitles or the full animation.Hi i've been using this app for quite a while now and it's the best anime streaming platform(for me) and it was going perfectly fine..Until today..The issue is whenever i try to watch an episode of my desired anime,my net becomes very very weak and it often says can't get the video's link..I can fix this issue by using wifi and when the video plays,switching back to my data but it is very annoying..Please fix this and i will change it to 5 stars..Thank you and i hope this issue is fixed soon..I was going to rate this a 4 but there's one issue I sometimes get this AD where it covers most of the anime and I can hardly see anything.when I try to remove this AD it just open a new link to a YouTube video.

2. I have made it a 4 star now)i know this ia a good app but whenever i play an anime it keeps loading so long i had to wait one hour inorder just watch one episode and also the bug is fixed.

3. Great 👏I want to rate it 5 stars but it gets hard to search for the English title of an anime because it says not found and I have to search for the Japanese name.

Edit: I forgot to mention that the you guys should stretch the videos so they would fit in the screen and the download button doesn't work and you should add skip 10 second there is only 10 second previous button and only show ads every time I open the app don't show ads while the video is playing.This app is amazing.

5. Whenever I try to watch an episode of any anime, the screen just turns white stays like that forever I guess.

This app doesn't have any seasons it only ha season one and i keep getting mixed up by the movies and episodes and one thing whenever i go to the video link i pressed one link and theres a scam ad like a girl saying i like you or a boy saying can we be friendsThe app is good tbh but theres and add that you cant close.

8. And I would suggest to have a 'watched' or 'archive' section for an anime that I finished so that my list would be just a collection of anime I haven't watch.

11. Better than Crunchyroll, which for some reason has Tokyo Ghoul RE but not Tokyo ghoul..? 10/10 recommend this app if you're looking for an ad-free and fully functional anime app.

1. Fix KissAnime Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KissAnime: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KissAnime App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KissAnime" » Open KissAnime - for Anime Lovers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KissAnime » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KissAnime - for Anime Lovers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KissAnime servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KissAnime - for Anime Lovers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KissAnime app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KissAnime might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KissAnime. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KissAnime then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KissAnime not working

2. Fix KissAnime Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KissAnime be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KissAnime not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KissAnime may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
