1. very disappointedApp is getting better looking and a little bit faster, now please update the design and keep it consistent along all remaining sections.Honestly it's not very user friendly, I don't like that is not easy to use for everyone, luckily I can search how to solve the problems but my mother is struggling with this app, I don't really like it, I put 2 stars because it has it's basics tools but besides that it's not very good, a little buggy too.It's been great so far, they've updated the app adding functionality and improving the interface, I just wish it'd be merged with Super Wallet and to be able to pay with NFC (Google pay)It was great.

2. There's another app from the bank that has other features which is stable enough but does not have all the information nor all the services you have with this one.Cannot pay credit using the app Only autopay from debit card You can't make advance payments to reduce interestGreat.

3. When setting up automatic service payments you choose the account or credit card you want to pay with... However when continuing the registration of the server, the app changes the account you originally choose.

4. Even their tutorials show it's easy, but when you want to talk to a live person for more personalized assistance , the automated system tells you to go to the bank's web page and watch the tutorial.

5. At the bank they just say it's my phone and can't help me.I had a very hard time changing my Super Token because I didn't write it down and I forgot it and since I hadn't used the app in about a month , it was a nightmare to change it.

6. As for it generates only complications when the APP is needed the most, it will raise a message about not bring able to get exact location.

7. It is annoyingGreat!... When it works You essentially have access to all your online banking through this app, but it has some stability issues, some versions it works flawlessly, but others simply don't work.

8. Other apps that require location are still working fine.

9. I'm so disappointment on how the location was introduced without any context or notable benefit towards users.

10. If I check app permissions configuration, location appears enabled already.

11. You have to go back and forth until you get to get the correct account or credit card.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SuperMóvil Issues

1. Fix SuperMóvil Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  1. Restart SuperMóvil: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SuperMóvil App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SuperMóvil" » Open SuperMóvil » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SuperMóvil » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SuperMóvil app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SuperMóvil servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SuperMóvil" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SuperMóvil app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SuperMóvil might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SuperMóvil. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SuperMóvil then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SuperMóvil not working

2. Fix SuperMóvil Server issues & Internet Connection

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SuperMóvil be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SuperMóvil not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SuperMóvil may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
