J'ai soucris l'abonement a movie maker et non au topvideosoft, donc j'aimerai que vous me remboursiez les 9 euros deja percus et annuler cet abonement .
Je recoi des mails comme quoi on ne sais pas prelever le montant sur mon compte qui n'est plus operationel.
