Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix WeCare, Fort Sill Issues

1. Fix WeCare, Fort Sill Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart WeCare, Fort Sill: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WeCare, Fort Sill" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check WeCare, Fort Sill app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WeCare, Fort Sill might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall WeCare, Fort Sill. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WeCare, Fort Sill then reinstall.
